Captain Julie Femino has been a professional in the marine industry for over 15 years. She has experience on power and sail vessels. She has studied all aspects of boat construction, systems and properties. She is a recent graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship's Yacht and Small Craft Surveying program. Julie is available to survey boats in New England and beyond. In addition to marine survey services, she offers consulting services and yacht project management.
